  • Any request for a quote will be responded to within 24 to 48 hours.

    The execution time for the analysis services to be carried out by BIDEA LAB will be approximately seven to ten business days after receiving the order and samples (both conditions are required to begin the services).

  • We may review this Privacy Policy from time to time and publish the most updated version on our website. We will notify you if your rights are significantly affected as a result of a revision.

  • BIDEA LAB’s analysis activity is strictly limited to assessing the existing condition of the sample provided at the time the analysis is conducted. BIDEA LAB is not responsible for the information or data provided by the client for the test. Test reports and their results apply exclusively to the tested item provided at the time of inspection. The client is prohibited from making statements on products, labels, or associated documentation that might suggest the laboratory’s results for the tested item apply to an entire batch, model, order, series, etc.

    The laboratory’s scope of service ends with the execution and delivery of the report. BIDEA LAB will not comment on the results, make value judgments, or provide opinions regarding the test results.

  • It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that the samples to be tested are delivered to BIDEA LAB in perfect condition, preserved in a way that prevents contamination for subsequent analysis, and in an adequate quantity for practical use.

    The samples must arrive at the laboratory properly identified. BIDEA LAB reserves the right to reject samples if they are not received in suitable condition for analysis and/or testing, proceeding, at the laboratory’s discretion, to return or dispose of them at the client’s expense.
